I try to eat right each day to prevent heart disease. At least be mindful of how important it is to
put fiber in my diet. If I fry my food,use canola oils or olive oils instead of fats from animals.

I try to eat right most of the time and try to feed my family a Heart Healthy meal. There are those times when I will eat that not so healthy meal and afterwards feel a little guilty. Depending on what I eat, I hear my mommy saying, “don’t eat that”. (Thanks mom)…but we have to Love our bodies…we have to want our insides to look just as good as the outside. My motto is eat, but eat those guilty pleasures in moderation. Don’t forget to exercise…Live in Full Bloom
